75,000 Sq Ft of retail is planned as part of this project. What types of retail do you think would work best here?

I would like to see small locally owned shops. I can go to the mall if I want chain stores. I think a book store/cafe would be a nice addition as would a shop selling local crafts.

Trolley/shuttle to neighborhoods around town at night to save people from drinking and driving and/or having to Uber.
