The proposed project includes open space. What would encourage you to play, stroll and relax in this area?

No, how can someone relax when trying to get in and out of this community? The traffic it will cause will be horrendous.

The project will include neighborhood-serving shops and restaurants. What types of businesses are needed most here?

This neighborhood is in desperate need of healthy food establishments! A healthy fast casual restaurant (e.g. Sweet Green or similar) would bring those who work from home out on their lunch breaks! The... Read more...

The proposed project includes open space. What would encourage you to play, stroll and relax in this area?

This development will contribute to ruining a beautiful part of Framingham, bring more traffic, upset the neighbors, bring additional retail that we don’t really need or want. The traffic on Edgel St./Water... Read more...

What would encourage you to spend more time in this area?

If you left it alone or did something to benefit the people who already live here, rather than making it more crowded.

There is nothing unique about this project, it looks like any other project. It's a residential and peaceful area THAT's what's unique. Develop other areas of Framingham that are already commercial zoned.... Read more...

We hear you! We want to be able to provide as many community benefits as we can, what would make this neighborhood even better?

If developers stopped trying to cram as many residents into it as the law will allow.

Hi Adam, our current proposal is 50% less dense on a unit per acre basis than any other comparative development in Framingham. Also, the Nobscot B4 village zoning district does a great job of controlling... Read more...
