Place the color-coded pins on the map to identify issues when you are moving around the neighborhood
(Toggle between pin colors using the arrows above)

One of the worst intersection in the neighborhood for peds and cyclists - speeding cars, right turn on red, and cars that do not yield to peds even when ped has walk sign

Strongly agree this intersection needs to be made safer for walkers and cyclists.

Sidewalk ends because overgrown greenery completely covers it up. It’ll still be some time before irishtown bend is underway, should make sidewalk cxn in the meantime

This is an incredibly dangerous area for pedestrians and bikers. The road curves and stark hill make visibility minimal. Coupled with the lack of a bike lane or sidewalk (though admittedly a sidewalk may... Read more...

Not enough handicapped parking around Hingetown and W. 25 south of Lorain. Too many calming circles on Franklin. Such a waste of taxpayer dollars.

Very dangerous to cross Lorain from the Ohio City Rapid Station to the West Side Market.

This intersection needs alot of work - it should be more pedestrian friendly particularly since so many people get on/off the rapid. The lights are oddly timed which means that cars speed through the intersection... Read more...

The traffic at this intersection moves very fast and is often taking a blind turn driving West on Bridge to turning South on 44th. Would like to see ideas to slow traffic and create a safer intersection... Read more...

Additionally, the block between Bridge and Lorain is problematic. People rush to make the light and many drivers turn north on the one-way.

Speed limit is 25. There are no signs west of Randall. Lighted flashing signs that are in use in eastern suburbs would help

Strongly agree this intersection is a concern - I fear the day that a car smashes into people waiting for ice cream at Mason's.

I think speedbumps in this general area should be considered.

Red Line Greenway crossings at 41st and 44th are death traps. I don't use RLGW as much as I would like to specifically because drivers behave so recklessly here and bike-ped protections are nonexistent.

There should be a "no turn on red" for where the exit from 90 West goes onto 41st. You can't see traffic coming from the south anyway, and people are too busy speeding through the light to check if anyone... Read more...

Needs more traffic calming, this crosswalk is often ignored and a lot of people are looking for parking and driving carelessly here

The crosswalk at Fulton and Woodbine is treacherous. Motorists stop only half the time.even with flashing lights. A traffic light timed with the Fulton and Bridge light would be most welcome.

the bike lane needs to be more protected. I constantly see people using the bike lane as a "right turn lane" prior to the highway

I’ve seen people start “two lanes” after the intersection at Orchard if there aren’t cars parked, completely ignoring all marked lanes. The two lights at Bailey (with no lane signs) only reenforce two... Read more...

Crosswalk is useless across Detroit at W 29th St. Cars have run over state law sign and pedestrians run between cars to cross street. A baby, dog or person will probably have to be injured or killed before... Read more...

The new sign has been hit several times already. The on street parking nearby on Detroit prevents pedestrians from being able to see oncoming cars.

Thanks. I crossed there this week and also noticed parking creates a big blind zone at the crosswalk entrance.

It's been a longstanding issue that the crosswalk sign has been struck by motorists or knocked off its mounting. Large lighted crosswalk signs like the one at W.28th & Clinton Ave., or an overhead caution... Read more...

Needs a no right turn on red sign and it needs to be enforced. Peds regularly almost hit by cars turning right onto Lorain here.

Re-paint faded crosswalk at 26th & Lorain ... so motorists (who now rarely stop for pedestrians) will be more likely to notice it ... and yield to peds.

Just tried crossing here today. You basically have to walk in front of moving traffic for anyone to notice you.

Add curb bumpouts and a raised crosswalk so it is safe for pedestrians to cross here.

And just like that — the crosswalks got repainted this week! Thanks! Bump outs and/or flashing yellow crosswalk signs might finish it off.
