Alexandria Real Estate Equities is transforming the existing building at Charles Park into a vibrant, new, sustainable home for five new Cambridge tenants. The proposed Charles Park will create modern space while enhancing the efficiency of the building. When fully occupied in late 2023, the building will have five tenants with approximately 2,000 employees.

The site is currently an existing technical office building.

What's Happening Next

The project is currently under construction for a full, gut rehab of the building.
