What's in the Works

The Quartz District is envisioned as a multi-use development to include office, retail and residential uses. The commercial uses are envisioned as a walkable neighborhood center for all of the surrounding residential, and its urban, pedestrian-oriented character will distinguish it from nearby suburban shopping centers. A focus on experiential retail and placemaking will create a lively hub within the overall neighborhood.

What's There Now

The 145 acre site is currently undeveloped land at the intersection of Prince William Parkway and Minnieville Road.

What's Happening Next

The second submission of the project's rezoning application has been submitted to Prince William County and we are addressing the various comments from the County staff. The development team continues to work through the transportation related issues that are vital to the success of the project.
