No low imcome / afforable housing. No fast food. Upscale restaurant

Asked my family and a couple more ideas they had for restaurants were The Melting Pot a Smashburger, Cava, some small boutiques you can't find at a mall, also a nice brewery. Somewhere/something special... Read more...

Dining options are key! A nice, upscale steak house would be great. Some high end stores would be great too. We mostly have outlet options locally.
