What's in the Works

The Quartz District is envisioned as a multi-use development to include office, retail and residential uses. The commercial uses are envisioned as a walkable neighborhood center for all of the surrounding residential, and its urban, pedestrian-oriented character will distinguish it from nearby suburban shopping centers. A focus on experiential retail and placemaking will create a lively hub within the overall neighborhood.

What's There Now

The 145 acre site is currently undeveloped land at the intersection of Prince William Parkway and Minnieville Road.

What's Happening Next

The project rezoning application has been submitted and the Dale City Small Area Plan process is beginning. The development team is awaiting Prince William County staff comments on the application and feed back from the Small Area Plan process before responding with a second submission.
