I think Keons would be good for that location or maybe a Tuscan Kitchen like the one in Salem, N.H.. A nice seafood restaurant would be good too.
"... that will take the vacant and overgrown former factory site at the Bradford Commuter Rail station ..." - And demolish Skateland as well.
Signage to show the different uses that the area has seen over the years.
Bike share rental system as seen in Salem, Boston, etc. connect this to the rail trail, the downtown and adjacent neighborhoods
Affordable housing, instead of crowding and already crowded downtown with more yuppie money.
What person in their right mind would ever buy/rent anything in that neighborhood? What a joke.
Haverhill needs a bbq restaraunt, and i dont mean the hidden pig, i mean a place that serves straight bbq food, brisket, ribs, pulled pork, bbq food, needs to happen
hi, will this walkway go under the bridge and connect with the rail trail? That would be ideal if you could do that.
The trail is suppose to be for walking only, signs state no bike riding. But many do ride bikes, and skate board . Co urbanize needs to clarify with city and Rail Trail committee criteria of usage.
A walking bridge from Haverhill side to Bradford side ... it’s good for foot traffic and social media (yay free publicity for the city)
River views please!
Coffee. And ice cream
A cement pad with benches for people in wheelchairs and their friends/family. Also a wheelchair accessible swing would be great
Small grassy area with CLEAR access to actually see the River ... it runs through the whole city but there are very few spots that people can actually enjoy the view. Newburyport has an amazing boardwalk....
I think a splash pad with attached playground would be ideal. Many in the area do not have pools and there are many children who live in that area. There is a splash pad at passaqua park and it’s really...
