Hubway

Please use Hubway for the bikeshare program rather than a private provider. This will benefit both residents (who will have access to a broad bikeshare network) and non-residents who might want to visit... Read more...

Especially given that this will fall within Cambridge, it shouldn't be too hard to make this happen. Whether or not it is difficult, though, I agree that it's important. The Hubway network is a huge benefit... Read more...

Great suggestion, Kent! While we provide bikes for use by our tenants at no charge, we will work with Hubway to expand the existing network. Thank you.

Will you be able to access it by car from Acorn Park Drive, or only from Route 2?

Pet Friendly?

Will these residencies be pet friendly? It would be nice to have more housing near dog parks and there are a couple nice parks in this area.

As a Cambridge resident that is priced out of buying here, I'm a "driver behind this development madness." Please stop misrepresenting our views in order to protect your own property value.

Marc Regan--The Bluestone report is cited widely as the driver behind the housing frenzy here in Cambridge. What the source you reference fails to note is that we have *already far exceeded* the housing... Read more...

Thank you for your comments, Ann. As you’ve noted, balancing the need for affordable & market-rate housing with the associated transportation demands whether by auto or transit, is a complicated balance.... Read more...

Less Parking

It is great that we are getting housing but there should be far fewer parking spaces. How can we actually call this a 'TOD' development when there are so many hundreds of parking spaces? This will just... Read more...

Will there be subsidized units ? When ? I would love to move to cambridge with my 2 young kids .

The sidewalk in front of the buildings needs more separation from all the Rt 2 traffic. Put a grass strip (at least) between the highway and the pedestrians.
