What's There Now

The site is occupied by two buildings—Cambridge Gateway Inn and Lanes and Games—and a 3-acre asphalt parking lot with 273 parking spaces.

What's Happened So Far & What's Next

Over the last few months, CDP has engaged the community and met with the North Cambridge Stabilization Committee and the Fresh Pond Residents Alliance. CDP also filed a Notice of Intent evaluating the wetland and floodplain aspects of the project and received an approval from the Cambridge Conservation Commission.

Public Participation

CDP is committed to engaging the community and strongly believes that we can improve our proposal by listening to and responding to those who know the community best. We're using coUrbanize as a way to complement our in-person outreach efforts and look forward to hearing from all interested parties.
