The Planning Board will review our request to grant special permits for the project at their meeting on February 21, 2017 at 7:00 PM at City Hall Annex, 344 Broadway, 2nd Floor Conference Room

Special Permit Application

We wanted to let you know that we filed a Special Permit Application with the City on Monday, January 23, 2017. The Application can be viewed in the Info & Plans section of the Project Info page. The Application contains 3 volumes: Volume 1 provides a narrative of the project and the special permits requested; Volume 2 includes the project plans; and, Volume 3 includes copies of supporting studies including the Traffic Study. We welcome your review of the Application and look forward to answering any questions or comments you may have.
