I think affordable housing is key and should be at least 50% of units or more. Maintain mature trees as much as possible and all new plantings (trees, shrubs, forbs, etc.) should be native to Maryland....

Right now there is both an illegal parking and litter issue around Belvedere & McKenney. For some reason that corner regularly has litter strewn about. Updated parking signage and trash cans / litter warnings...

As above, so below. What does this mean? Sewage and infrastucture were not addressed when the National Park Seminary Project was built. As a result there are constant sewer backups from the population...

Definitely need more affordable housing - smaller units with more shared spaces could be a way to show a new way to doing things. Using ground source geothermal is a less well known, but very efficient...
