When the Roux Campus opens, would you take advantage of newly created public access for walking, biking, picnicing, kayaking?

We want to get to know the neighborhood and how the Roux Campus can be the best possible neighbor. Restoring a more natural waterfront on this peninsula is an important element of our plans for the Roux Campus. The restored shoreline will offer public trails for biking and walking, picnic sites and kayak and paddleboard areas.

I think the only thing I'm worried about is traffic. It can already be difficult during commuting times to get onto Veranda, the increased population will make this more frustrating. I'm really excited... Read more...

I love living in East Deering but having more walkable retail, dining, and outside gathering spaces would make life even better.
