Having the church occupy retail space does not sound like a good use of the space. Why not just provide relocation assistance?

Some kind of beautifully landscaped, intimate green space with seating. Facing south it will get great sun. It could be a building or neighborhood amenity.

Agree - my parking concern was more on behalf of the new tenants (40 new housing units vying for 23 garage spaces) and existing residents who have to park on the street now, with less competition.

Make some of the homes handicap accessible for those needing accessibility and make affordable less than the average market rate.

As part of the permitting process of the City of Boston there is a review to ensure handicap accessibility wherever required by law.
