Hi Charlie. This site is run by the official project team, Trinity Financial. We announced today that we expect reconstruction to wrap up in November 2018, and we're confident about that. Thanks!

Yes, American Provisions is planning to occupy 50% of the retail space at the northern end of the building.

Thanks for this question, we are still working on the schedule for re-marketing the units. Most likely we will begin to relist them 6-9 months after the reconstruction begins.
