Treadmark is an 83-unit, six-story building located across from Ashmont MBTA Station in Dorchester. The site was home to Ashmont Tire shop for the past 40 years and was underutilized. The new building includes ground-floor neighborhood retail and 32 parking spaces. Treadmark will enhance the streetscape with the addition of trees and street furniture down the block, as well as the creation of eight on-street parking spaces in front of the building.
