VERDIN (MacEwen 480)
What's in the Works
VERDIN is a master-planned residential community to be developed within the Sonoran Desert Drive growth corridor in North Phoenix. Taylor Morrison is currently conducting public outreach as the team works toward approval for 473 acres to be transformed into a legacy-worthy residential community that celebrates Life in the Sonoran Desert.
VERDIN at a Glance:
- Maximum of 3 homes per acre
- 100% single-family detached homes
- More than 100 acres of open space
- 7 miles of connected trails and community pathways
- The first public trail corridor connecting the north and south portions of the Sonoran Preserve
The VERDIN vision includes a social commitment to establishing a strong relationship with the natural surroundings, an environmental commitment to raising the bar for protecting and preserving the desert environment, and an economic commitment to the growth and expansion of infrastructure and municipal services.
