What other questions and suggestions do you have about this project?

Is there designated bike parking proposed for the development? This should be included for both the apartments and for general public to use along the street, if not already part of the development plans/vision.

Working on this with our architects. The more pedestrian traffic and bike usage we can encourage, the better!

Could you provide the number of stories and square footage for each building? Also, it's hard to see from the picture, but how many buildings are being planned?

What will be the square footage of the apartments? Is there a plan to offer rents on an income scale with the goal of having a balance of income levels sharing the community? What are the projected rental... Read more...

More green space is needed in gordon square! The added apartments will bring more people to Gordon square as well to an empty part of detroit ave. More restaurants would be great for Gordon square

Hi. I'm a full time artist and my home/studio is a block away from your project. I'd be very interested in being part of any committee for art selection. Please contact me at gscott57@gmail.com

What types of retail or specific businesses do you think would best serve this community?

Dining options mostly, especially dining options oriented toward plant-based foods as there is a relative lack of such options in Gordon Square
