What's in the Works

After a competitive procurement process, Trinity Financial was designated in November 2018 by the Town of Wellesley to redevelop the Tailby and Railroad parking lots on either side of the Wellesley Square commuter rail station. Trinity's current proposal calls for a vibrant mixed-use development that will create 90 units of mixed-income rental and for-sale housing, one-for-one replacement of existing parking spaces, a 200-seat black box theatre and a visual arts space, and improved station accessibility.
