yes, a nice park, some kind of recreation center, the kids can go after school, a safe place. this will provide jobs for the community.

I think what would make this neighborhood better would be adding more security. As far as camera’s, better locks etc.
Lowing the crime level, drug trafficking and soliciting
A community center, playground, daycare center for working households.
Having a bathroom that has grab bars, for the shower and toilet area. First floor bedroom and laundry room. I'm 63 and my disability is walking and standing. Climbing stairs are a real challenge for me.
Considerate neighbors and parents controlling their kids. My son cannot go outside without being bullied.
One level Iwalk iith a cane cant go up stairs ..to have the outside well light. and good neighbors. to have handle bars in the shower

I believe this area and location would benefit children and teens greatly if the area was crime free, better education, and better after school programmings.
