(This meeting will immediately follow the monthly Resident Meeting that is scheduled for 4:30pm at the same location)
Purpose of this meeting is to present the proposed rezoning of a portion of the Cleveland Avenue homes development site.
A portion of the site is currently zoned Residential Single-Family Quadraplex (RSQ) and is being proposed to rezone to Residential Multifamily-18 (RM18) to match the existing zoning of a majority of the project site.
