Thanks for the comment, Bill! We have made sure to tier the building back on the residential side, as you no doubt have seen on the drawings. We hope to create a building that is respectful of the residential scale of the neighborhood. And, yes, you'll see a great pedestrian experience inclusive of a walkable grocery store!

Gary -- Thank you for your comment. The development plan calls for all loading and delivery to take place off the 48th St. alley. Our plan also includes a complete reconstrucion and expantion of the alley system. We will be contrubiting space from our site to expand the alley length. Stay tuned for an update on the alley system plan that will also clean up the back of the Regency Center.

Hello Alain, thank you for your note. We certainly appreciate your concern. At this time we are far out from really being able to give you a precise construction timeline. A project of this size can take 24 plus months. Regarding mitigants, we will, of course, adhere to all construction codes and procedures. The city will require us to have vetted and approved traffic management plan during construction as well as sound monitoring equipment. As we get closer to construction we will keep you updated on this site, through to delivery. So stay tuned!

We agree, Janice. We are working on this with DDOT. We are also excited about the Windom Way, the park that will serve as a pedestrian path through the site to Mass Ave.
