A supertall over a senior building is just morally wrong no matter what "unused air rights". You show me where they anyone has built a supertall over a Senior building--where people live 24/7. You'd be less controversial offering the residents of 82 Rutgers a temporary relo and a return to better apartments by replacing 82 Rutgers with a supertall
