I think community discussion is a huge help and this developer truly respects the process and values people’s input and ideas.

This developer has always been responsive to feedback, I am glad to see the use of this online platform to welcome input and engage the community. The design looks spectacular. Looking forward to the finished project.

Given the original passive use, a church, a quiet landscaped garden area with some seating would be a reflective nod to provide a welcoming place for people to come together.

I think that this area has seen many types of small businesses come and go, I would love to see a staple business go in to this space that will revitalize the area in a way that is reflective of the needs of the people who live there. A small specialty grocer, or a cafe.

I don't care about parking. I think we should be encouraging people to use public transportation.

Since the location is right by the T it seems counterproductive to try to encourage more traffic and unnecessary car trips by adding a lot of parking.

In a city, and within a stone's throw of a train station and 3 car-sharing lots, there is no need for off street parking. We are not in the suburbs.

Not sure that singular projects should be held accountable for district wide traffic issues.

I think widening the sidewalk will add both elements of safety and design character

All of the above!!
Some kind of beautifully landscaped, intimate green space with seating. Facing south it will get great sun. It could be a building or neighborhood amenity.
