By far the best way to increase activation and vibrancy is to just increase the number of people in the neighborhood, which means to include a residential component in the proposed zoning. The next-best way is to maximize the usable area of the proposed building.

Let’s rethink the amount of parking please. This is a transit rich area and Boston properties shouldn’t be subsidizing drivers at the expense of the planet.

I'm looking forward to this project. I strongly support the changes to the residential phasing and am excited to welcome 500 new neighbors. I would be interested in hearing proposals for a taller or additional residential building, beyond what is currently proposed.
