I think putting a Trader Joe's in the spot would be a terrible mistake. It would be completely out of scale. People may "deal with" a lack of parking in Brookline, but parking is becoming a critical problem in the Savin Hill area for residents NOT for shoppers. A small shop with essentials and decent coffee would be welcome, but a Trader Joe's belongs somewhere else entirely.

Get the city to approve resident only parking on Tuttle Street. Tuttlers can't seem to get it done.

The more spots the better. It's a real challenge to park in that area.

Make sure that the Cristo Rey students don't take over the outside seating.

Groceries and prepared foods would be a real boon to the neighborhood. I would definitely patronize a store where I could pick up essentials like milk, but also a spot where I could get a take-away sandwich.
