A drive through Fedex or shipping resource, a flower shop or produce market would be beneficial additions to the neighborhood.

I DO NOT WANT TO SEE THIS GAS STATION REPLACED WITH HIGH RISE CONDOMINIUMS. ANYTHING BUT THAT.

An event venue similar to Park West in Lincoln Park for films debuts and small music performances could be interesting. Old Town doesn’t have one currently

RESIDENTIAL, CONDOS, with maximum height of 4 floors, to be in spatial synche with the Victorian townhouse buildings located due NORTH of the parking lot. Such NEW Residential at THIS limited height would give the appearance of ALWAYS BEING PART OF THE NEIGHBORHOOD, and if properly designed, compatible with the "Look of Moody Church" across the street. PARKING UNDER the surface Lot could be built planned for (for Condo Residents and Moody members).

I strongly believe the space should not be residential, especially a high rise building. I categorically am opposed to a high rise due to traffic congestion and believe it would compromise the integrity of the neighborhood.
