As I was leaving the meeting today I tried to make a cell phone call. No connection, at least where I was. I only tried from one spot, so I don't know about cell reception throughout the entire neighborhood. I know cell reception can be iffy at best in many West Marin locations.
For safety and convenience this issue should be considered.

The street was named after Commodore Webster, a decorated Coast Guard member involved in early wireless communication. He was born in Washington DC and other than his name on the street has no historical connection to Point Reyes Station, let alone Marin. I would like to see the street renamed after the family who owned the ranch property that was taken under eminent domain to build this housing. The local history of the Fred Genazzi Family goes back to the 1850’s and would be a proper new name for the street. Thanks Ed Gilardi

How about the name of the street? Commodore Webster Dr. Nothing against Commodore
Webster, but maybe it's time for a change. Should be done before, or along with, all the renovation. Creekside Lane, or Village Way. There are many possibilities.
