Would love to see a connector bike trail that linked the community to downtown Milton and the Lewes-Georgetown Rail Trail.

Trails are lovely. Some thought should go into minimizing light pollution. Ground-level lighting can mark a trail while minimizing light spill.

Would love to see this area develop along the lines of a small town (look at Milton, Lewes). Low-rise, mixed use “core” where retail is at street level, and office and multi-family dwellings are above. This “core” could be anchored on one side/end with an event space that can flex with the seasons (look at the plaza in Pentagon Row in Arlington,VA—small open space surrounded by outdoor dining in the warmer months, it hosts an ice rink in the holiday season). Perhaps the other end has a community pool/park/gardens and a small pond. Periphery housing is varied—small bungalows and duplexes, with an occasional multi family building, perhaps an outer ring of larger homes on a range of lot sizes (not everyone wants to maintain 2 acres, but might like a larger detached dwelling).
