Yoyr everyday hard working single parent and now grandparents raising kids Locals do not make enough money to afford any of those houses being built. You know the ones that take your orders or wait on you clean the rooms tourist stay in your everyday laborer making minimum wage cannot afford to live on east side of sussex county. All over some water view . Lived here my entire life worked 30 years now raising grand children renting a place I cant afford

I live in the area

No dogs fenced in secure area for all ages. Skating area security persons.. things for special needs persons visual and tactile items (covid tactile isn't great idea) playground equipment slides swings ,maze, items for older persons gliders gazebos. Picnic area (no bbq) Frisbee area, corn hole. Few small shops aces for food trucks. Plenty of trash and recycling bins. Rules. Jobs for young kids (locals) keeping are clean. No more development are needed on rt 9 unless freeman is willing to pave ALL roads in lower sussex county. Otherwise leave as is or make it for the communities that are all ready here. Keep area for wildlife. Teach about our wildlife. Do something besides tearing down our oxygen supply to make a dollar for tourist to move here and complain about EVERYTHING.
