The low gear on a Hubway bike makes hills pretty manageable. I personally, would not mind riding up Bunker Hill on a Hubway at all. The popularity of the monument will probably keep bikes coming up there.

I've never checked out the Bunker Hill Monument, but if there were a Hubway Station there I would absolutely go visit it. I was in Charles town once and it was impossible to part. Hubway would be a great way to get there.
Since the existing site is being built on the site of an existing parking garage, where will all of the residence of this new apartment building have to park?
