Nobody commenting will ever see a new apartment here. They are knocking down one section of singles. It’ll be 20 years before the development is done and you’ll be long gone.

Parking is a big problem go to dinner get back home cannot find fund anywhere to park. Bathroom are to tiny you can literally put one foot in the tub and the next in the hallway

Any updates on when construction will start? I see a lot of work being done around MEM that seems pointless if it is really getting knocked down. Makes me believe it is not happening anytime soon. Why fix things if the place will be demolished?
