Grannan Lane has become such an incredible hub over the last year. We need more of this! It would be incredible if this street could become a pedestrian only lane like Victoria Row in Charlottetown.

I love all the great work that Gerry Lowe and AcapSJ have done to help reclaim and beautify this area. I wish that it could be further expanded upon. As a kid, this was a great area to go looking for crabs and exploring and climbing the rocks before it got overtaken by industry. Let's expand the green space and put more lighting and picnic tables in place for people to enjoy the harbour and watch the cruise ships coming in.

Turn the old Lantic sugar site into something exciting. That large, empty space is begging for development - park, commercial, residential, something other than a flat empty space

I'll add my vote to extend the passage around lower cove. If the Lantic site could be turned into an open green space, welcome centre, or something like that, could be a good end spot for the trail.

I don't own any pets but I do tend to carry doggie bags from the dollar store in my pocket as they are small and inexpensive. When I see someone walking their dog without cleaning up after them. I shout out to them and say something along the lines of "I noticed that you don't seem to have doggie bag allow me to provide you one of mine so we can help keep this area clean for everyone." It might help that I am 6 foot 1 and 200 plus pounds but even the biggest scariest folks seem to take me up on the offer for fear of looking bad.

As a regular dog walker uptown, I have noticed that dog waste is a problem, especially along Germain Street. Could we install dog waste bag dispensers in a few locations on the central peninsula? They could even be sponsored.
