I would most certainly support this. Would give people an opportunity to live in a newly renovated community w a short commute to Manhattan and at the same time being able to live in similar apartments to Manhattan at lower prices. Also bringing jobs to the community is a huge asset for this depressed area…

Yes, I'm all for more jobs, services, senior housing, and overall economic growth in an attractive park-like setting, that stands to generate new tax revenue flowing back into the community for further revitalization in Astoria. Just imagining somewhere to sit other than a bus stop is nice!
