I have never been able to find "safe, decent, affordable, appropriately-sized" housing in Cambridge since the time I was illegally subletting in Harvard non-affiliate housing during rent control times. I am now a working "senior" with exacerbated housing problems and slightly-too-much income to qualify for assistance, yet want very much to stay in the community.
