A co-working space like this: https://workbar.com/coworking/ We don't have a ton of places for work from home people to congregate to enjoy a more communal environment.

In the conventional layout, if extending Adams Road, require a sidewalk along one side of the new road. Now is the time to require that for pedestrian safety long term

Lot 1 is so large and only partially being developed, would it be possible to consider dividing into 2 and giving land to town as conservation land? Would not be developed anyways due to stream there, but rather than being private property, if this sub-division created 3 lots, 2 with houses and 3rd for conservation it would make easier to protect for long term.

Can they also provide a rendering of what the screening will look like between this site and the church? Looks like panel fencing on the back half of the site, but bollards on the front half? Can't visual this, but can some type of landscape treatment be use as divider rather than concrete?

Definitive improvement with lower level brick and siding versus stone and also addition sidewalk space under the upper floors, won't feel as crowded. any reason the carports don't have garage doors to hide the vehicles? While there will be opposition to the size of this project downtown, I hope it does scare away the improvement and energy this will bring to the area, and hope something happens on site.
