I think open space is important as is parking. Any residential buildings should have ample on site parking since the area is so incredible congested with vehicles at it is. With more people working hybrid schedules and working from home parking has become an even greater nightmare

Yes there a ton of abandoned store fronts on Steinway. I would love to see some better quality establishments on that strip or even more restaurants rather then the retail that is currently there
