I’m a Woodbridge native. I know the traffic sucks, but it’s worth the growing pains if we want new, exciting options for entertainment, dining, shopping and outdoor public space. I’d like to see a “town center” in this area that rivals any that a big city may have. If we’re gonna do it, let’s to it right!

We need to bring nicer housing and accommodations to our area! We are severely lacking good restaurants and shopping choices in this area...this will increase housing prices around the area. I hope this is approved soon!

I think we will have a place to gathering, with restaurants, walking areas, a grocery store and a plaza for relaxing events.

If you want to put commercial use in that's one thing. What we don't need is more dense residential added to the community when our schools are already vastly overcrowded. Might be more appealing with single family homes as opposed to townhouses and apartments. Otherwise just no...

As more working professionals move to Prince William county (and are paying over $600K for homes), I would like to see more upscale shopping and dining options. And because traffic congestion makes driving to DC less desirable, would love to have more retail options closer to home.

Fix the roads to get more people here? Huh??!! That makes no sense. This would be an amazing and welcome addition to our community. And another option other than Stonebridge. Stonebridge is packed every night and weekends.
This would be a real destination hangout.

I disagree. PW Parkway can absolutely handle the traffic. It’s the timing of the traffic lights that could be better. This area does bring in shoppers (Ikea, Apple, Wegmans Cheesecake Factory) when the right kind of stores are part of the plan. The proposal is a town center, not a strip mall.

I am very excited for the development! Everyone is complaining about traffic but there will always be traffic EVERYWHERE around here. Welcome to NoVa. New developments like this is key to economic growth.

I’m all for it. What a great idea! I live in the area. It is long overdue. Western Prince William County (Gainesville, Haymarket and Nokesville) is already pretty built up but the Eastern Part of Prince William county is lagging behind. Woodbridge gets a pretty bad rap and we need something like this. Traffic is going to be bad regardless, but we need to keep up with the times. We need to make Eastern Prince William county attractive for families that live here and those who may want to move here in the future and all we have Stonebridge and Potomac Mills. Prince William lagging behind in amenities compared to the other Northern Virginia counties. With the Quartz district, we will no longer have to travel over the bridge to Maryland to go to the National Harbor or fight the traffic and parking to visit the new DC wharf. Fairfax already has plans to bring Alpine X indoor ski resort and they just got the brand new 450,000 sq ft St. James Sporting facility with indoor waterpark, rocking climbing, restaurants and more. My family and I spend a lot of time in Loudon County and Tyson’s Corner eating at their upscale restaurants and participating in their activities such as TopGolf, iFly & ZavaZone because they just not available here. I would prefer to see higher end restaurants, entertainment such as virtual reality, pop-up museums, interactive exhibits etc. Unique ice cream shops, donuts, macaroons, bookstores. No more grocery stores, clothing shops.

We love the huge outdoor digital screen and sound system at Stonebridge at Potomac Club for free summer night movies. Everyone brings blankets and lawn chair to enjoy family type gatherings. It would be nice feature to your center as well.

There is always going to be traffic problems in Northern VA. It is just part of where we live. We are an ever growing community. As our community grows traffic is going to grow. We elect County supervisors to make sure the developers deal with the traffic before it is approved. It is nice to finally see something nice being brought to our PWC so that we don't have to travel farther in the traffic to get to where we want to be.

Asked my family and a couple more ideas they had for restaurants were The Melting Pot a Smashburger, Cava, some small boutiques you can't find at a mall, also a nice brewery. Somewhere/something special for couples to go for a nice date night. An area where special events can take place for the community at a price (Hay ride in the fall, horse drawn carriage rides at Christmas, and a horse drawn ride carriage ride with at Valentine's Day, etc...

This project seems amazing and very beneficial. We leave the county now to attend areas like this.

This would be an awesome project. It reminds me of One Loudoun in Loudoun County and the people love it. I’m all for it, get it done now!
