I like the plan for outdoor reading space. That would draw me there, especially if there was a coffee bar owned/operated by a locally-owned business.

Work for community green space and re-connecting Clevelanders (esp. children) back to the land; and hike Ohio's Buckeye Trail. :)

The best quality is the mixed-uses already happening: Cath. Charities, Library, and St. Augustine's all contribute greatly to the community.
The most improvement is needed in green space. Lots & lots of concrete here.
