A high rise is indeed being considered. We will need to be vocal as they aren't even acknowledging this is being considered or that most people have said they don't want a high rise.

Hi Bonnie, a high rise on the west corner of North and LaSalle would utterly destroy the property value and quality of life for anyone in 1660 N LaSalle who has a unit facing south, by blocking their views of the downtown skyline. Do you know anything more about plans for a high rise? I can't believe our Alderman and community would ever stand for it, but money talks...

A high rise is indeed being considered as part of this project. Probably the LaSalle and North corner. So if that is not what people want you will want to be vocal since they don't seem to be acknowledging that most people have said they don't want a high rise.

A high rise is indeed being considered for North and LaSalle. If people don't get vocal when the time comes for the Alderman to approve then we could have a 60 story high rise at an already very busy intersection.
