Perhaps Pugsley Park should actually be a park!

If there isn't going to be any development at the old sugar refinery site anytime soon than a temporary green space is a must.

Harbour Passage has become a vital link between North, West, and the central peninsula/Uptown area. Please, please, please ensure Harbour Passage is never again shut down when Harbour Bridge maintenance is going on. It can be done, they don't shut down highways when the overpasses are being worked on. Ensure all RFPs for work include this caveat.

Extend the Harbour Trail across the Harbour Bridge, extend the remit of this group to encompass all of SJ. The big problem here is that the city is carved into discreet packages, and it is very difficult to physically move between the areas, the roads are big and wide, the bridges few, the watertable too high for underpasses.

Picture a waterfront bustling with shops, restaurants, bistros, bars, and people! In other words, we could have something as awesome as the Halifax waterfront - if we tried.

There were various rumours years past about the Coast Guard building being used for something else. It would be awesome to see that site developed into something more useful to the uptown core.
