I’d especially be interested in affordable “maker spaces” for artists who work in media other than print/paint/textiles. Many industrial artists struggle to find places with the necessary infrastructure (high ceilings, gas lines, electrical needs etc) and the bulk end up paying too much for places in the outer reaches of Brooklyn or upstate.
