We are waiting for a larger scale traffic report which we have not received one. There are many planned projects which will hugely impact the neighborhood negatively and you have not addressed to the Tax Payers of this Community. You should address the Community first as we are the people who pay for these projects.

The design looks institutional. People have commented from the Community on this and we have heard nothing from Bridge on changes you could make. There are large areas of mass blocking that are very institutional looking. Please change this for everyone. It does not fit the neighborhood. Also there has been no comment from Bridge on this and the Community deserves more from you.

I saw the design plans. They look very institutional. Can you come up with a design that fits the neighborhood or at least is more pleasing. It looks like a Prison and I don't think that is what you are going for. Please do something about this. Thousands of cars pass by there daily. We want it to be pleasing to everyone.
Also where is the Traffic study. This needs to be addressed ASAP.

Woodlake does not have enough park space as it is. You need to provide green space for this project and not use the Park as your backyard. You are not providing any funds for Park Space, instead your taking away from the already small park space for the Community.
Also it is not required to have parking but every area of Sacramento has vehicles even downtown. Your tenants mostly will to and you will be taking everyone in the area’s parking space at the park. Yes your tenants and visitors will take up all parking in the area.
This area has very few sidewalks. Do you realize how dangerous it is for all the tenants too?
Canterbury has no sidewalks. What neighborhood builds so many multi-family projects that endanger the lives of the people that live there. How dangerous will it be with all the increased tenants sharing the roadway-pedestrians, bikes, and vehicles. This does’nt include the lack of lighting. It is wreckless for these projects to be approved with no plan to address the dangerous conditions.
The City is spending millions around Sacramento for Pedestrian Safety and in this neighborhood it is going in the opposite direction. Making it more dangerous to all is shocking and quite frankly a case can be made for all who participate in these projects to be liable for any injuries or death do to the dangerous street conditions here.
This project should be reduced in size and all the for-mentioned should be addressed.

And no mention of the expected 400 students at the school coming in across the street. No answer to the fact that Twin Rivers are the lowest performing schools in entire state. (Will jamming so many low income projects in such an educational disaster area pass Federal muster? We shall see. Seems blatantly racist to me.) How about the streets, narrow as the Crookedest Street in SF, going to accommodate ambulances for our large elderly population and school buses? I have pictures of one stuck between cars. Poorly thought out project that offends the elderly, school children, and the sacred area of the Police Memorial.

Why aren’t you thinking of how this will effect the safety of the existing Community. Putting Sidewalks around the Park will only create more dangerous situations when they try and walk down the sidewalks and cross the streets to no sidewalks. This project will push children into the streets when they walk to school. Are you going to take Responsibility when one of these children get hit.

Keep the project below 3 stories. If you don’t the streets surrounding this project will become unsafe. The streets will be unsafe as they were not built for this large project on such narrow streets. We have a lack of sidewalks and someone will be injured due to this project.
The project will also take over the Park as it will be your projects Backyard. This is not right to take a communities park over as your own. You are not adding any Park space or impact fees. This is not the right thing to do to a community.

Since you won the bid for this project it seems like your projected cost have more than doubled. Far exceeding inflation. You appear to be closing in on costs in excess of a million dollars per unit when factoring in all the public resources that will be extracted from this community for your private venture. Can you publish cost projections that will either refute or confirm this? Are any public or government regulators monitoring your escalating cost projections? If so, who?

The building is out of scale for the neighborhood. It would be best to have it be 2-3 stories as the streets are extremely narrow and hardly any sidewalks. This is a danger for the whole community.

Not Paying Park fee's diminish the Park Space in the Community. This is the 3rd proposed project with no Park Fee's in this area. You are diminishing the Quality of Air and Life for the People who already reside here by Building this Project. You are not being a good neighbor to our Community. We need more Park Space. Not a 3rd Project with no Property Taxes Paid or no Park Fee's. Stop this Project Now. Greed is creating poor Quality of Life for our Community. Do a Better Job. Make this Project 2 stories only for Senior's. They need Low Income Housing. We need Facilities for Seniors here.

Dear Bridge Housing. My Sister-in-Law who was from Philadelphia stated to me many times. Sacramento does not have good Public Transportation. It takes to long to get around Sacramento. How do you think this will play out for families Bridge? Taking an hour or 2 for any mother or father to get somewhere is way to long. They will have to have a vehicle, Period. You are not telling the neighborhood the truth, you cannot stop the Nightmare that will happen to this area because of the Narrow Streets, Lack of Side walk, and no Crosswalks. How did you get around CEQA? Maybe the only way to get honesty is Law Suit.

Telling People that Transit will stop Vehicle use is wrong. I have know many people who live in Mid-town and Downtown Sacramento. They all had vehicles. Some even regularly paid Parking fines. I can think of many. I also have been in many Affordable housing projects and one thing they all had in common was they all had a lot of Vehicles. Please tell the Truth Bridge Housing. I know from experience.

I think you should find a better location. We need more Park Space as this area already has the worst Air Quality. Could Bridge find a Better Location for this size of Project.

Way too big for this lot. Too many occupants for the Area. Your taking space away from a community with limited Space. Did you go through SEQA. I don't know how you got around this. Too many Health and Safety issues for the Community with this Big of a Project.
