A soccer field or two would be great! That would offer greenery and an inviting location for people of all ages to gather.

Wonderful ideas -- make sure that the bike and pedestrian paths are visible and/or protected. And again -- please emphasize the inclusion of natural elements (trees, plants, etc.).

I would love to see lots of trees and plants and, if possible, grass (75%) -- many "green spaces" or "open spaces" turn out to be a lot of concrete with nature as an afterthought. Kendall could use a lot more green, so I think this is a major opportunity.
