Ensuring that the units are actually provided to those who are most in need.

I think it would be helpful to understand how in providing affordable housing it helps our over all community as a whole. I think their are many benefits that the community my bit realize because of certain stigmas around affordable housing. But it is important and valuable for all of us — not just tenants that are able to occupy the space.
