I am glad to see someone mention light pollution. Local codes should require all future developments to use Dark Sky-compliant lighting. It's not that difficult and it's better for migrating birds, and those of us who enjoy being able to see the stars.

If that is true, why are you planning to cut down 83 acres of woods?
Keep the farmland - farmland. Donate the land to the Nature Conservancy, that is what we all need.
