It’s hard to shop in Astoria cuz most the retail stores are closed down we need more retail stores and Astoria now it’s very expensive the stores owners had difficulties to paid rent or to renew there leases

I think it’s very nice idea at this time ! Low income people had difficulties to paid there rent!
