It is a great location for filling up gas. Maybe adding a few electric charging stations would be an improvement. Do not get rid of it

We don't need another high rise, as we have enough in the area. But I think a 2-4 story building would be a great combination of different functions to cater to different audiences in the neighborhood

2-4 story mixed use building with additional shops, community center, and parking would be great from all fronts.

The current parking lot keeps the roads from getting too congested with cars trying to park for Moody services. The parking is perfect for those needing a quick stop at Walgreens or for a longer stay at the church
