I'm very impressed at the extent Taylor Morrison has gone to blend into the natural desert terrain, emphasizing openness, walking trails, setbacks and height restrictions, all with maintaining low density housing. Sounds like it will be a very unique and special place to live. Hope this gets developed soon.
