1. It would be great if you had one level affordable housing for Seniors, with concessions for those who once owned homes in Winchester. 2. If we could build a Multicultural Community Center with conference facilities for multicultural and interfaith conferences and housing the Winchester Multicultural Network it would reflect, support and project Winchester's special character and identity. And be a source of income for the town. 3. You name this 2030. Do you only plan to have things done by then, or will things begin sooner?

Main St between Symmes Corner and McCall needs a road diet. The road is too wide and cars go too fast. There is space for bumpouts at crossings (and more crosswalks are needed) and bikelanes for kids going to Lincoln, McCall, and the high school.

We need a crosswalk here for people walking to the train.

This entry into the rotary should have a stop sign. The traffic from this direction rarely yields, let alone slows down to enter the rotary. It is the most dangerous point of a very dangerous intersection. The whole rotary could be considered also.

We need a crosswalk here. Many people cross here to take their kids to the Montessori preschool.
